Other point of view on green tea
Green tea, like I have mentioned before in the previous post that green tea has many benefit if you drink a lot of green tea. Green tea are associated with easy weight loss method and also Slimming pills due to many of slimming pill use green tea. I have mentioned the nice thing about green tea but let’s talk about the bad thing in green tea.
Take a deep look in green tea nutrition list: Catechin, Caffeine, the Amino Acids Theanine & Butyric Acid, Vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, C, E, F, P, & U, Chlorophyll, Minerals, Pectin, Saccharides, Saponin; and you would see some of thing you might don’t want to have for your health, Caffeine is one thing but acceptable, but there are also fluoride content in tea, and the negative relationship between ingestion of too much fluoride and thyroid problems.
After seeing that it is clear that the benefit and the cons of green tea are clear that the green tea are good for your health with only minor cons in it. Drink green tea today…
